Visa Information

After you have registered, Bench'19 Conference will be able to provide an Invitation Letter for your US Visa application. Please write to luxi (at) cse (dot) ohio-state (dot) edu including:

• Your full name, as it appears on your passport.
• Passport Number.
• Birthdate:MM/DD/YYYY
• Birthplace
• Your mailing address.
• The name of the conference: "Bench'19 - Denver, Co."
• Your paper id, title and list of authors.
• A fax number or email address where the letter can be sent.
• Your Registration ID, or attached your registration receipt
