概述

国际测试委员会( BenchCouncil)主办的国际区块链大会 (BChain 20)将于7月1日-7月2日在山东省青岛市举办。区块链大会旨在探讨区块链算法、系统与应用主题。

BChain 20是BenchCouncil国际智能计算与区块链联邦大会(FICC 2020)的一部分，其他三个独立的会议包括国际智能计算机大会(IC 20)，国际智慧医疗科技大会(MedTech 20)，国际金融科技大会(FinTech 20)和国际教育科技大会(EduTech 20)。 这样的会议形式一方面能保留小型会议的优势：内容聚焦。同时又能促进人工智能、计算机科学、教育、金融和医疗等学科之间的交流、融合和碰撞。

自创建伊始，国际测试委员会(BenchCouncil)有两个基础使命：一方面，采用数据驱动、智能启发和基于Benchmark的量化方法来解决多学科的挑战；另外一方面，BenchCouncil孵化Benchmark项目，并托管BenchCouncil的顶级Benchmark项目，鼓励使用这些Benchmark从事结论可靠和可验证的研究。为了实现这个目标，BChain 20大会将为相关的研究论文颁发BenchCouncil Award for Excellence for Reproducible Research。每篇文章100美元，最多向15篇论文颁奖。我们欢迎工业界提供赞助，包括特定的硬件实验床（可冠名），并为这些奖项提供奖金。

大会包括主论坛、分论坛、Tutorial、BoF（Birds of a Feather）组成。主论坛和分论坛由邀请报告和论文报告组成。 主论坛和部分论坛由大会主席、程序委员会主席共同邀请和设定。 Tutorial、BoF和Panel部分采用申请的方式。

论文通知截止时间2020年5月15日
论文要求用英文撰写，以Springer Nature的LNCS 方式出版Proceeding of 2020 BenchCouncil International Federated Intelligent Computing and Block Chain Conferences（EI检索，Pending for approval）

Tutorial、BoF和Panel主要时间表
2019年12月15日，Call for Tutorial, BoF和Panel发出
第一轮申请截止时间为2020年4月1日
第二轮申请截止时间2020年5月15日
4月1日后，所有申请在两周内做出是否录用
BoF和Panel鼓励以邀请论文的方式发表在会议论文集上
